We offer wholesale pricing for qualified commercial and trade partners requiring consistent volume and standardized products.
Wholesale is designed for:
- • Hospitality and resort properties
- • Restaurants and breweries
- • HOAs and multi-family developments
- • Designers, builders, and developers
Wholesale is not offered for single-item purchases or custom one-off builds.
Eligible Products
Wholesale orders are limited to our standard product catalog only.
- • No custom dimensions
- • No custom finishes
- • No structural modifications
Available finishes:
- • Natural Australian cedar oil (standard)
- • Raw wood opt-out only if approved in advance
Cushions:
- • Cushions may be included or excluded
- • Cushion colors and vendors are standardized
Minimums
To qualify for wholesale pricing, orders must meet the following minimums:
- • Minimum order value: $5,000
- • Minimum quantity: 5+ seating units
- • Single SKU or mixed SKUs allowed
Orders below these thresholds will be priced at retail.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is based on volume and consistency.
Typical wholesale discounts:
- • 15 to 25% off retail pricing, depending on order size
- • Larger discounts require repeat volume commitments
Wholesale pricing:
- • Does not include delivery beyond standard local delivery terms
- • Does not include on-site placement or installation
- • Is valid only for the approved order scope
Pricing is provided via custom quote after application review.
Lead Times
Wholesale orders are produced in scheduled production blocks.
- • Standard lead time: 4 to 6 weeks
- • Larger orders may require extended timelines
- • Lead times begin after deposit and final approval
Wholesale orders do not receive rush priority.
Delivery & Logistics
Wholesale delivery terms differ from retail orders.
- • Local delivery within 30 miles of Spring Hill, Kansas may be included or quoted
- • Long-distance delivery requires custom freight coordination
- • Furniture is delivered fully assembled unless otherwise agreed

Payment Terms
Wholesale orders require:
- • 50% deposit to schedule production
- • Balance due prior to delivery or pickup
We do not offer:
- • Net terms
- • Consignment
- • Sale-or-return agreements
