Local Delivery Included
Local delivery is included with every furniture purchase within 30 miles of Spring Hill, Kansas.
Delivery includes:
- One-time delivery to a ground-level location
- Placement on driveway, patio, or garage area
- Fully assembled furniture, ready for use
Delivery does not include:
- Stairs, elevators, or multi-level access
- Carry-through homes or buildings
- On-site assembly, disassembly, or rearranging
- Removal of existing furniture
Furniture must fit through the available access path. If access is restricted, delivery may not be possible.
Delivery Scheduling
Deliveries are scheduled in batch routes originating from Spring Hill, Kansas to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Delivery windows are provided in advance
- Specific appointment times are not guaranteed
- You will be notified prior to your delivery day
Someone must be available to receive the delivery or provide clear placement instructions in advance.
Extended Delivery Options
Delivery beyond the included radius is available with the following fees:

Access Requirements

- Narrow or obstructed access paths

Local Pickup (Spring Hill, KS)
Local pickup is available by appointment in Spring Hill, Kansas for customers who prefer to transport their furniture.
- Furniture is fully assembled at pickup
- Suitable vehicle and tie-downs are required
- Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance
We cannot partially disassemble furniture for pickup.
Commercial & Special Deliveries
Commercial, HOA, or multi-unit deliveries may require custom logistics and pricing.
