Product Standards & Options

All Royal Cedar seating is built around a standardized seating platform to ensure comfort, durability, and long-term serviceability.

The following dimensions are fixed across all seating products:

• Seat width
• Seat depth
• Cushion size: 24 × 24 × 6 inches

These dimensions are not customizable.

Standardization ensures:

• Proper cushion fit
• Consistent ergonomics
• Repeatable structural integrity
• Predictable lead times

For certain use cases, such as poolside furniture or low-profile environments, we offer limited vertical height adjustments on select seating products.

Available adjustments:

• Back height increase
• Arm height increase

Important constraints:

• Adjustments affect height only
• Seat width and depth remain unchanged
• Cushion dimensions remain unchanged
• No structural redesign or reshaping

These adjustments are available for an additional charge and must be selected at the time of order.

Height adjustments are not available on all products and are subject to approval.

For poolside, entertaining, or general convenience, we offer an optional cup holder arm upgrade on select seating products.

Upgrade details:

• Both arms are upgraded together. Single-arm upgrades are not offered
• Extended 2×6 cedar armrests replace standard arms
• Marine-grade stainless steel cup holders with drain holes
• Two cup holders per seating product (one per arm)

Important constraints:

• Arm width changes do not affect seat dimensions
• Cup holders are installed during production
• Not available as an after-delivery add-on

This upgrade is priced at $175 per seating product and must be selected at the time of order.

To maintain quality and production consistency, we do not offer:

• Custom seat widths or depths
• Custom cushion sizes
• Custom angles or contours
• Structural redesigns
• One-off custom builds

If a request falls outside these guidelines, it will not be accepted.

All seating cushions are designed specifically for our furniture and sized to fit our standardized frames.

• Size: 24 × 24 × 6 inches
• Outdoor-rated foam
• Weather-resistant fabric

Cushions are optional on all seating products and may be opted out at checkout.

To ensure consistency and availability, cushion colors are limited to a curated selection of neutral, outdoor-appropriate tones.

Available colors:

Cushion color availability may vary seasonally. Colors are assigned at order confirmation.

Custom fabrics, customer-supplied cushions, or non-standard colors are not offered.
