Warranty Policy
All Royal Cedar Company furniture is backed by our structural warranty. Coverage terms vary by purchase type. Optional extended coverage is available at checkout.
Residential Warranty (Included)
Limited Structural Warranty: 3 Years
Covers structural failure of load-bearing components caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential outdoor use.
Remedy: At our discretion: ship replacement parts kit, shop repair, or replacement unit (prorated after Year 1).
Requirements: Proof of purchase, photos/video of issue, product on a reasonably level surface, basic care followed.
Finish Workmanship Warranty: 12 Months
Covers peeling or blistering due to application defect.
Excludes: Fading, cedar graying/patina, mildew, water spots, tannin bleed, normal wear.
Cushion Workmanship Warranty: 12 Months
Applies when cushions are purchased. Covers seam and zipper workmanship.
Excludes: Fading, stains, compression/softening, mildew.
Optional: Residential Extended Structural (5-Year)
Extend your structural warranty from 3 years to 5 years. Add-on available at checkout.

Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, email us with the following information:

- • Order number
- • Product name
- • Purchase type (Residential or Commercial)
- • Description of the issue
- • Photos or video showing the defect
We'll acknowledge your claim within 2 business days. If parts are needed and in stock, typical ship time is 5 to 10 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Warranty remedy is repair or replace only; no cash refunds. No refunds once production starts. Warranty valid for original purchaser. Commercial warranty is non-transferable.
