3-Year Limited Structural Warranty
Royal Cedar furniture is backed by a 3-year limited structural warranty for residential use. An extension to 5 years is available at checkout.
This warranty covers:
- • Structural failure of the furniture frame
- • Joinery failure under normal residential use
- • Fastener failure due to corrosion or material defect
This warranty does not cover:
- • Finish wear, fading, or discoloration
- • Natural wood checking, cracking, or grain movement
- • Cushion wear, fabric fading, or foam compression
- • Damage caused by misuse, standing on furniture, improper relocation, or exposure to fire or chemicals
- • Normal aging associated with outdoor use
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and begins on the date of delivery.
Commercial & Trade Warranty
Furniture purchased for commercial, hospitality, HOA, or rental use is covered by a 1-year limited structural warranty.
Commercial warranties are limited to structural defects only and do not include cosmetic wear or finish-related issues.
Natural Characteristics of Outdoor Cedar
Western Red Cedar is a natural material intended for outdoor environments. The following are normal characteristics and are not considered defects:
- • Color variation and gradual weathering
- • Small surface cracks or checking
- • Seasonal movement or minor dimensional changes
These characteristics do not affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
Warranty Registration
Warranty registration is recommended to streamline any future service requests.
Registration does not extend warranty coverage but helps ensure prompt support if service is needed.
Register Your WarrantyAnnual Cedar Care Service
To extend the appearance and surface life of your furniture, we offer an optional Annual Cedar Care Service for local customers.
This service includes:
- • Light surface cleaning
- • Minor sanding where needed
- • Re-application of natural Australian cedar oil
- • Fastener inspection and tightening
- • Minor cosmetic touch-ups
This service does not include:
- • Structural rebuilds
- • Cushion replacement
- • Major refinishing
- • Furniture relocation or reconfiguration
Regular maintenance improves appearance but is not required to maintain structural warranty coverage.
Service Area & Pricing
Annual Cedar Care Service is available only within 30 miles of Spring Hill, Kansas.
Pricing guidelines:
- • Chairs and loungers: starting at $125 per piece
- • Loveseats, sofas, chaise sofas: starting at $225 per piece
- • Sectionals: quoted per configuration
Minimum service visit: $300
Services are scheduled in batches and offered during seasonal maintenance windows.

- • Description of the issue
- • Clear photos of the affected area
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement of the affected component.

Warranty & Care Policy Notice
